Pammie's Inky Pinkies - Turkey Day with Lawn Fawn

Hello!  It's time for a new challenge week at Pammie's Inky Pinkies and our sponsor this challenge round is Lawn Fawn.  For my team project, I felt like going with an Autumn Holiday theme.  It will be Thanksgiving here in 3 months so it's time to switch gears and start those Autumn projects.

I've created a simple Easel fold card using the Lawn Fawn Turkey Day Mini Stamp Set. and papers from Alina Crafts.

The turkey has been colored using Prismacolor Pencils.  The focal image and circle mats were cut using nesting circle dies, the colored circles were also embossed with a small basketweave pattern.

The turkey was looking lonely and needed something so I looked through my die cut basket and found a sunflower I cut using the Cricut last year.  I added it to the design as an afterthought and now wonder if I should have left it off.  It's on there now so hopefully Mr. Gobble approves.

Please join us at Pammie's Inky Pinkies this week!  We would love to have you join in the fun.

Until next time, Happy Crafting!

Fortune Teller Tabby at Pammie's Inky Pinkies

Hello Everyone and Good Monday!  Today begins a new challenge week at Pammie's Inky Pinkies and our generous sponsor this round is Lawn Fawn.

For my design team project, I've created a 5.5" square card using the Fortune Teller Tabby Stamp Set from Lawn Fawn, the Star Gazer 6x6" stencil from Simon Hurley, Diagonal Stitched Circle Dies from Pink Fresh Studios, Midnight Sky Pearl Mix from Kat Scrappiness and Distress Oxide Inks for blending.

I've colored the image with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers and added Wink of Stella to the stars on the table cloth and I've splattered the background with diluted ink.

To complete the design, I've popped the die cut circle focal image on craft foam for dimension and added a buit of silver thread behind.

Please join us at Pammie's Inky Pinkies this week.  Until next time, Happy Crafting!

Pammie's Inky Pinkies - Season's Tweetings

Hello and Happy Monday Friends!  Today begins a new challenge week at Pammie's Inky Pinkies.  The prize this week comes from Lawn Fawn and the theme is Anything Goes.  For my design team project, I've created a Christmas Card using the Lawn Fawn Winter Sparrows Stamp Set and Coordinating Dies.

I've colored the images with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers and the papers are from the Merry Christmas 6x6 paper pack from Alina Crafts; purchased on Amazon.

I've added lots of sparkle and shine to my card; applying Wink of Stella, Faux Gems and Exta Fine White Cotton Glitter to replicate snow in the branch.  I love these sweet little birdies, Lawn Fawn does have adorable images and these small sets have a great price point.

In the States, we are approaching our Thanksgiving Day Holiday and it's going to be a busy week for many.  I hope you find some time to create something beautiful....even if it's roasting the perfect Turkey!

Until next time, Happy Crafting!

Winter Fox and Hot Cocoa

Hello and Happy Thursday.  Today's make and share features the Lawn Fawn Winter Fox Stamp and Sentiment, designer papers from the Doodlebug Designs "Winter Wonderland" 6x6 paper pad.

The focal image was colored with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers and fussy cut, then mounted on a die cut and embossed circle.  A smaller circle was die cut and used for the sentiment, silver mirror card used as a mat and thin accent strip with clear gems added for interest.

I often forget about the smaller Lawn Fawn stamps sets I have in my stash.  In my continuing efforts to use what I have, I dug deep and came across this set and the Narwhal set I featured earlier this week; both perfect for Winter Themed cards.

Until next time, Happy Crafting!

Have a Narly Winter!

Happy Sunday to you!  I hope your weekend has been productive and crafty thus far and you are staying warm and healthty.  Today's make and share features an adorable Narwhal with a sweet Winter Wish.

For this A2 sized card, I colored the Lawn Fawn "Winter Narwhal" image using Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers.  Using the coordinating dies, I cut the Narwhal and Bubbles, mounted on a die cut and enbossed circle which I popped up on foam pads.

The designer papers are from the Doodlebug Designs "Winter Wonderland" 6x6 paper pad and the sentiment is from the "Winter Narwhal" set. I used silver mirror card as a mat and accent strip along with an edge punch for a fun edging on the horizontal panel. For a final touch, I added clear gems to accent the wintery, underwater theme.

Thanks for visiting and until next time, Happy Crafting!

You're Stinkin' Cute!

Hello and Happy Sunday!  As I sit here waiting for the rains from Tropical Storm Isaias to move through, I wanted to share today's make and share.  It's a cute A2 card featuring stamps and coordinating dies from the Lawn Fawn You're Stinkin' Cute set, DSP from The Paper Studio's 6x12 paper pad titled The Basics 2, Spectrum Noir Alcohol Marker coloring and Baker's Twine.

A quick and easy card to put together, the images are small so not much coloring involved and the papers coordinated perfectly with the images.  I popped up the little Skunk for dimension and die cut the oval for a focal point.  Added the Baker's Twine as a final touch.

Today is truly a lazy day, I feel that way when it rains but the Hurricane has been downgraded to a Tropical Storm so it's just going to be intermittent rains, nothing too serious.  Have a great day and until next time, Happy Crafting!

Crafty Calendar Challenges - Sweet Christmas with a Friend

Hello and thanks for stopping by.  It's time for another challenge at Crafty Calendar and our sponsor this round is Lawn Fawn!  The winner will receive a $25 gift voucher and that's so exciting and so gracious of them to sponsor this challenge for us!  The Theme for our challenge is "It's Christmas Time".

This sweet image of a little girl and her Penguin friend was just so adorable, and in-line with our theme, I used it to create a card for my Design Team project.  I do not know who is credited for creating this image as this was gifted to me in a swap; if anyone knows, please leave me a comment.

I colored the images up with my Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers and added some Silver Wink of Stella on the snowflakes and the penguins' hat band and ball.  I kept this A2 sized card pretty simple by my standards and I'm pleased with how it turned out.

We hope you will join us at Crafty Calendar this round for your chance to win a great prize from Lawn Fawn!

Until next time, Happy Crafting!
